Terms of Service.
Effective Date: May 2026. These terms govern the professional relationship between Mesh Metric LLC and our clients regarding technical data processing and 3D reconstruction services.
1. Scope of Service & Asset Classification
Mesh Metric LLC operates strictly as a technical data processing partner. All outputs generated by our infrastructure—including but not limited to STL, OBJ, NRRD, and PNG files—are explicitly classified as Technical Reference Assets Only. Mesh Metric LLC does not provide Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), medical advice, clinical diagnoses, or direct patient care.
2. Strict Non-Diagnostic Limitation
Our volumetric models and topographic outputs are generated exclusively for algorithmic training, educational review, research, or technical reference purposes. They have not been evaluated or cleared by the FDA for direct diagnostic use, primary surgical navigation, or clinical decision-making. The final application of these technical assets is the sole legal responsibility of the procuring entity.
3. Data Accuracy & Quality Assurance
While Mesh Metric LLC utilizes AI-accelerated segmentation paired with strict Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) quality assurance protocols to maintain geometric fidelity, the accuracy of our output is inherently limited by the resolution and quality of the source radiological data provided. Mesh Metric LLC assumes no liability for technical anomalies resulting from sub-optimal, corrupted, or anisotropic source imaging.
4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
By procuring services from Mesh Metric LLC, you acknowledge the non-clinical nature of our deliverables. Users agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mesh Metric LLC, its founders, and its operating entities from any claims, liabilities, damages, or clinical outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the integration or use of these technical reference files in any environment.
Jurisdiction & Data Consents
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from the use of our technical services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
By submitting data to the Mesh Metric LLC processing environment, you warrant that you possess the legal authority, necessary patient consents, and regulatory compliance (including HIPAA adherence) to transmit such data for technical processing, and that you agree to these terms in full.
